Return Policy

                   

If you are not entirely happy with your pre-loved laptop purchase, simply contact us within 48 hour's of delivery, to arrange a return.

EASY RETURNS

​

Ordered the incorrect item?  Your software not compatible?  No worries, just follow the following guidelines for an easy return:

​

Log a return by sending an email with your name, telephone number and serial number of the laptop to info@techkinect.co.za 

​​

We'll get back to you within 48 hours to authorize the return.

​​

You can then send the product back to us via a secure courier. You’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier, you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.

​

Once we've received the product back we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.

 

​If the item has been used or not returned in original condition, we will only make a partial refund to cover the diminished value of the product.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED

​

We en-devour to package each parcel with great care.  Although it is rare that a unit arrives damaged, it can happen. The best option is to arrange insurance for your purchase, before delivery.  Shipping insurance is not included by default on any order, this includes online orders. Should your parcel/s be damaged/lost/stolen during transit, without insurance, we will not be liable to replace or exchange your parcel/s.  Personal collection can be arranged from our office in Irene, Centurion.

MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY  

​

If devices are no longer under manufacturers warranty, TechKinect offers a 6 and 12 month warranty to consumers for a nominal fee.  

​

Report any faults to Techkinect, even if your device is still under the manufacturers warranty, and we will get it sorted.

 

We will aim to diagnose the fault and try to resolve it on the call – we find that over 50% of returns enquiries can be resolved over the phone.

 

  1. We'll arrange to collect the product. You should also make sure the product is securely packaged for the journey. Make sure you include all accessories that arrived with the product.

   2.  Once we've received the product back we'll check it over and 

        then contact you with the next steps.
