Shipping Policy

Our preferred supplier of courier service is The Courier Guy South Africa.  The Courier Guy is trusted, and is renown for expellenct service.  Customers will be informed in advance if any other courier company is used for their delivery.


DELIVERY DURATION

We endevour to send all items with Overnight Courier to the following major cities (1 to 2 Days):
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Ladysmith, 
Nelspruit, Polokwane, 
Port Elizabeth, Potchefstroom, Pretoria, Welkom and Witbank

Allow 2 to 4 Days for Regional Deliveries.  Deliveries will only be made on Business days, during Business hours.

INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is not included by default on any order, this includes online orders. Should your parcel/s be damaged/lost/stolen during transit, without insurance, we will not be liable to replace or exchange your parcel/s.  Personal collection can be arranged from our office in Irene, Centurion.  A quote for insurance can be provided on the customer's request.
